General introduction

A comprehensive range of gynaecology outpatient services are offered at both Warrington and Halton sites.

The majority of non-emergency day case gynaecology surgery is performed at the Halton site.

The main Gynaecology Department is in Croft Wing, Warrington Hospital.

We also have gynaecology clinics at Halton Hospital.

Appointments can be made through the Choose and Book system or by direct referral.

About the team

Gynaecology services are provided by a specialist team of medical and nursing staff.

You may also be seen by one of our advanced practitioners who often have several years of experience within the NHS, as nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and midwives within the clinical speciality. They apply their clinical skills and specialist knowledge to care for our patients and their families.
