How we use your information

Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (WHH) became an NHS Foundation Trust in 2008. WSHFT incorporates Warrington Hospital, Halton Hospital and Cheshire and Merseyside Treatment Centre. The three hospitals have come together to deliver excellent, safe and sustainable health services for local people.

WHH is committed to protecting your privacy, in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation and will not use any information we may hold about you for any purpose other than that for which it was collected.

WHH does not automatically capture or store personal information through our websites except in the cases outlined below. Under no circumstances is your data used for anything other than the purpose for which it has been collected.

At certain times you may be asked to fill in information about yourself on the site, e.g. when filling in a form. This information will only be used for the purpose stated in each case.
