General introduction

Ward C21 is a 25-bed mixed-sex, general medical ward that provides care for individuals with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.

The ward is located on the ground floor of the Croft Wing at Warrington Hospital.

The ward also specialises in complex discharges and has a large, diverse and skilled multidisciplinary team who work together to ensure discharges from hospital are safe and effective.

How to access this service

Patients can be transferred to Ward C21 directly from the Emergency Department or from other wards across our hospitals.
