Children and Young People’s Outpatient Department

General introduction

The Children and Young People's Outpatient Department has been designed to meet the needs of young patients aged 0-17 who are coming to hospital for clinic and blood test appointments.

How to access this service

Children and young people are referred to us from their GP or from a consultant for follow-up after being discharged from a stay in hospital.

The department is on the ground floor of Burtonwood Wing. The entrance to the department is located on the hospital ring road between Croft Wing and the Emergency Department.
