Eye Clinic Liaison Officer (ECLO)

Within the Ophthalmology Service we have an Eye Clinic Liaison Officer (ECLO) who works for the Royal National Institute of the Blind (RNIB) but is based within our hospitals. 

The ECLO offers individual information, advice and support This ECLO is also a link between health and social services, helping to lessen the impact of eye conditions on the daily life of our patients. 

Our Eye Clinic Liaison Officer is Thomas Gough.
