Honouring our NHS hospital and community champions

Preparations are underway for our 2025-26 staff awards, which recognise NHS colleagues whose compassion, professionalism and innovation are helping to shape the care we provide in our hospitals and communities across Warrington, Halton and surrounding areas.

The event is always an incredibly inspiring and memorable occasion, but this year will be particularly special for our teams as we bring together staff from both Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and  Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust for our first joint ceremony, to be held at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool on Friday 15 May 2026.

Our two trusts are joining forces and, subject to all necessary approvals, from 1 April 2026 we will become one single organisation known as North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust.

The Thank You Awards are the highlight of our year and by becoming one of our valued sponsors you will be showing your appreciation for our NHS teams and helping us recognise the remarkable care they

Main headline sponsor (£6,000 + VAT)

Your package includes:

  • headline branding including main welcome screen presence on our digital screens
  • sponsorship of the prestigious Outstanding Achievement Award
  • the opportunity to join our chief executive on stage to present the trophy to the deserving winner and share a few words about being our headline sponsor
  • branding in pre and post-event publicity across our internal / external print, digital and social media communication channels (including social media ‘tag’)
  • coverage in our internal newsletters, distributed to more than 6,500 staff
  • your company logo, short bio and link to your company website on our trust website

Gold event sponsor (£5,000 + VAT)

Your package includes:

  • sponsorship of an award category of your choice (dependent upon availability)
  • the opportunity to present the trophy to the winner on stage at the event
  • branding in pre and post-event publicity across our internal / external print, digital and social media communication channels (including social media ‘tag’)
  • your company logo, short bio and link to your company website on our trust website
  • branding throughout the production of the awards night itself, including welcome screen presence
  • a full page advertisement in the event programme
  • coverage in our internal newsletters, distributed to more than 6,500 staff
  • four tickets to the awards event, including three-course dinner and entertainment, for your own staff or business partners (with the option to buy additional tickets)

People’s Choice sponsor (£3,000 + VAT)

Your package includes:

  • sponsorship of the People’s Choice Award, with the winner chosen from hundreds of nominations submitted by members of the public
  • your company name included in a dedicated People’s Choice external media release
  • the opportunity to present the trophy to the winner on stage at the event
  • pre and post-event publicity across our internal / external communication channels including print, digital and social media
  • coverage in our internal newsletters, distributed to more than 6,500 staff
  • your company logo shown on a sponsors’ presentation loop on our event screens
  • a quarter page advertisement in the event programme
  • a company listing on our public website

Drinks and wine package sponsor (£2,500 + VAT)

Your package includes:

  • a fully branded drinks reception
  • provision of table wine on staff tables, with ‘your table wine has been kindly provided by…’ branding
  • your company logo shown on a presentation loop on our event screens
  • pre and post-event publicity across our internal / external communication channels including print, digital and social media
  • coverage in our internal newsletters, distributed to more than 6,500 staff
  • a company listing on our public website
  • half page advert in the event programme

Award category sponsor (£2,000 + VAT)

Your package includes:

  • sponsorship of one of our individual award categories (please check the latest availability, as awards are allocated on a first come, first served basis. For more information about each category see page 10)
  • the opportunity to present the trophy to the winner on stage at the event
  • pre and post-event publicity across our internal / external communication channels including print, digital and social media
  • coverage in our internal newsletters, distributed to more than 6,500 staff

  • DJ sponsorship with your brand shown against QR for guests to request songs on the night

  • a quarter page advertisement in the event programme
  • a company listing on our public website
  • option to buy tickets to attend the event, priced £75 per person plus VAT

Print and production sponsor (£1,500 + VAT)

Your package includes:

  • front page branding and half page advertisement in the event programme
  • your company logo shown on a presentation loop on our event screens
  • pre and post-event publicity across our internal / external communication channels including print, digital and social media
  • ‘printed by…’ on awards print materials for staff promotion
  • a company listing on our public website
  • option to buy tickets to attend the event, priced £75 per person plus VAT

Table sponsor (£500 + VAT)

If you are unable to attend the ceremony or commit to one of our bigger packages but would still like to support the event, please consider sponsoring one or more of our tables. This includes:

  • ‘your table tonight is sponsored by…’ place holder setting on one of our staff tables including your company logo
  • 7x5cm advertisement in the event programme
  • a company listing on our public website
  • company name featured in pre-event internal staff marketing to support the event countdown
  • option to buy tickets to attend the event, priced £75 per person plus VAT

 Community sponsor (£150 + VAT)

An advertisement only option for smaller businesses that wish to show support for their local hospitals. This includes:

  • a 7x5cm advert in the event programme
  • a company listing on our public website

Trophies will be presented to 12 award winners who have been chosen from hundreds of nominations by a panel of judges across both organisations. This year's award categories are:

The Big Raffle

If you are not able to become an official sponsor, we are also in need of quality raffle prizes or donations for 'The Big Raffle' that takes place on the Thank You Awards night. 

All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to our Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals Charity. The charity helps to cover costs that NHS budgets can't, enhancing patient experiences, improving hospital environments and outdoor spaces, and supporting staff wellbeing.
