Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has launched nominations for The Thank You Awards 2018. The Patient’s Choice Award enables members of our local community to nominate the member of staff, ward or department that has made a real, positive difference to them.
Our Staff Thank You Awards provide a yearly opportunity to pay tribute to our staff who try their absolute best to ensure that our community receives the best care possible. They do this despite facing hugely challenging circumstances on a daily basis. The awards ceremony will be held on Friday 23rd March 2018 at the Park Royal Hotel in Warrington.
Making a nomination is easy and straightforward. You can e-mail your nomination to email@example.com putting PATIENT CHOICE AWARD in the title. Alternatively, you can write to:
