Maternity Services at Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust will be hosting an Open Day and Wellbeing event for women and their families who are planning to have their baby at Warrington Hospital. The event will be held on Saturday 9 March, 10:00am until 2:30pm in the Antenatal Clinic in Croft Wing.

Expectant families or those planning a pregnancy will be able to meet the midwives who will be involved in their care, find out more about our complementary therapies and take a tour of the unit. There will also be an opportunity to meet with our specialists in infant feeding, smoking cessation and consultant midwife, who can discuss your birth options with you. Find out about hypnobirthing, birth planning and parent education and we will also provide advice 1:1 with a midwife.

There will be a chance to stock up on nearly new baby clothes and enjoy a cup of tea and cake. Why not have a scan of your baby with our Hello Baby in house service for a donation of £5.00. These will take place in our Antenatal Clinic by our consultant for fetal medicine and the midwife sonographer. If women have completed their baby university ( baby Box) quiz and can bring a screen shot or copy of the certificate they can collect their free baby box on the day.

We will also be displaying our birth centre plans and you can take part in our raffle.
